i think because he cant't clean the bar up, so have to do this in order to press it

kind of like a log press but he is just doing it with barbell

i think he was at it but then came off

you can dig back the old pict when he was 17 and 18, 15% bodyfat at 120kg is no joke lol, especially he only trained for like 2 to 3 years at 18 years old

well then it's all just speculation

i trained hard too, i squatted 3 times a week and only reaching 2x bodyweight squat after 3 years of training sweat.gif

it must be either genetic or technology, like some angmo can just achieve 2x bodyweight squat in a year, chinese and north korean lifters going up to 4x bodyweight squat in 4 years icon_idea.gif

yeah, yo must be strong, like someone about 60kg to deadlift 180kg, squat 120kg in a year is already above average strong
