I was in pro strongman competition last month, Sabah strongman competition is very competitive. (
http://orangkuat.caserosabah.com/home/ ) needless to say I am the last few places among the monters that I compete with. they are experienced(this is my first pro), they have their own equipments( I only train in the gym), they train hard ( I train hard, too), and they are on juiced( I am natural), and that 19 years old boy is as strong as those monsters.
and just because you train hard and eats well, doesnt mean you are not on juice. if everyone can be motherfarking strong with just train hard and eat well, the world will be a better place. heck even football players are on juice.
