not that i'm saying they are not friendly, but leaving a few customers unattended while you attend to your "favoured" customers is just bloody damn rude in my book. what's the point in saying "welcome" to everyone who opens the door if you're just gonna leave them feeling unwelcome?

usually, even when the shopkeeper is actually not friendly, with a can't-smile-to-save-his-life face, they will still ask you "yes?" . this vape empire is a whole new level of "low" for me.

i was saying in few the pages back that vape shops now appearing like fungus without proper quality and i was saying i wished there were some sort of regulation and end up getting bashed by someone who "may" be owns a shop too

i dont really care if the regulation will increase the price. i dont care if shops close down. i dont care if the juices dissapear. there are so many local juice that just has no quality to me.

I rather purchase online and get it here than spend time to check out vape shops.

Well after saying that, i still visit some vape shops because they are super friendly and super cool dudes and get some stuff from them like juices or accessories or even refer friends to there (because i lazy to take their online order).

PS: Im not pointing at all of the vape shops here, but most of them just has lack of service quality nowdays.

Went there during lunch hour yesterday,it was full packed..Im standing behind the customer that was testing liquid..and yeah,they didnt bother to ask what do i want/how can they assist me..End up left the premises after 15minutes of waiting.. Come back at 4pm,not soo many customer,the situation turned out diffrently..Immediately being welcomed and asked how may they help me.. I come back the 2nd time in a day because my subtank mini that i bought from them is having issue.Ohm readout is jumping here and there.After some troubleshoot with all the staff there,they agreed that i got an issue tank/atomizer..They agreed to change my tank with a new one..

So maybe that is how they serve the customer.Giving all 100% of attention to which ever come first although it may or not buying anything at the end. but im happy they willing to change the whole set to a new one without any complaint.

Feels like its been an eternity since ive ordered my stuff from Fasttech
