Went there during lunch hour yesterday,it was full packed..Im standing behind the customer that was testing liquid..and yeah,they didnt bother to ask what do i want/how can they assist me..End up left the premises after 15minutes of waiting.. Come back at 4pm,not soo many customer,the situation turned out diffrently..Immediately being welcomed and asked how may they help me.. I come back the 2nd time in a day because my subtank mini that i bought from them is having issue.Ohm readout is jumping here and there.After some troubleshoot with all the staff there,they agreed that i got an issue tank/atomizer..They agreed to change my tank with a new one..

So maybe that is how they serve the customer.Giving all 100% of attention to which ever come first although it may or not buying anything at the end. but im happy they willing to change the whole set to a new one without any complaint.
