will go for 1st interview in Maxis for a position of finance-related' manager (which is based in Menara Maxis, KLCC) soon
appreciated that anyone can share / tip me my below questions:
- what is the range of basic monthly salary?
- what are the employee benefits offered by Maxis?
- any special employee benefits for manager level (e.g. car allowance, petrol & toll allowance, free parking, etc)?
- normally how many round of interview required? (told that the 1st interview with the hiring manager + hr manager)?
- how about the yearly increment / bonus (any contractual?) look like?
- what kind of question(s) do u think the interviewers will ask on the 1st interview session?
- what is the off hours (e.g. 5 days work from 9am to 6pm)? or can work at home / flexi time?
- Which floor is for Finance Dept (in Menara Maxis)? and who is the head of Finance dept?
- how is the work load / working culture in Finance Dept?
- any other things that you think is important.....

Just done my 1st interview with Maxis on last week.
Only found out that this position is not in Finance Dept; in fact, it is under Business Operations.
Been told that I will be informed that whehter will be shortlisted for 2nd interview by end of this week or early of next week..
Appreciated that anyone kind to share the info regarding my questions in my previous post.
