i dont believe in "bad" increment. lots of people in the workforce dont even get increments.

i dont know about maxis going "down" but the new user market for telco is getting less after enjoying high growth rate of subscriber in the past decade. now is more of focus on value add services to existing subscribers.

Not easy to enter Maxis? At every company there are different levels of jobs and positions... it'll be very easy to become a promoter or a sales person at one of their many shops, for example.

i am currently a telecommunication engineering undergrad; and i am very much interested in joining maxis for my internship. is it true that maxis ONLY accepts those whose current cgpa is above 3.0?? mine is currently at 2.8. will they even CONSIDER accepting me??
