Anyone working at Maxis KLCC for Customer Service?

I wanna know too! I heard the work culture is not very pleasant but I want to hear it from people who are in there to believe coz I thought it'd be nice to be able to join a company like Maxis! (I have not applied for anything yet though )

how much Maxis phone bill would they subsidy for staff?

EPF is it higher than 12%?

any contractual bonus?

They adopt an open office plan so head of dept to the lowly ranked can mingle around freely, but culture wise it was pretty dull tbh. If you can adapt to environment with a lot of uncle and aunties then you can give it a try, many young engineers eventually move on to organisations like huawei.

If i'm not mistaken, up to RM 700 of your phone bill will be subsidised and that will also depend on your rank within the organisation. The higher and more important your role, the more talk time you get.

can anyone confirm that Maxis staff at accounts department at KLCC works till 11Pm from Monday-Friday on OT and till 8pm on Saturdays also on OT?

Someone from Maxis HR called me just now to offer me a job as CCC @ KLCC... I used to work for U Mobile and YTL Communications and a lot of my former colleagues who used to work for Maxis told me not to go - HELL they said...

So any suggestion from people here?!

ps: In 2009 they offered me twice... once they offered 1.8k base, I rejected... Second time they offered me 1.9k base, I rejected... then I jumped to YTL Communications - 2.6k they paid me But I left!
So now that it is 2012 - what is the best number I could demand from them?! (SPM holder here - with loads of experience!)

Anyone can share what's the % of yearly increment in Maxis roughly?

I went to menara maxis for interview not long ago, what I can say is..
The environment is superb, and the people over there are all friendly and willing to guide you especially my interviewer..
I got the offer of technical support, but too bad it's contractual based so I rejected the offer eventually.

Now applying for their management trainee post, because I'm soooo in love with the environment and people up there, wish me luck LOL
