if you are working there soon no need to worry about the culture. if its bad, learn to adapt, if you wish.
i dont believe in "bad" increment. lots of people in the workforce dont even get increments. i dont know about maxis going "down" but the new user market for telco is getting less after enjoying high growth rate of subscriber in the past decade. now is more of focus on value add services to existing subscribers. |
