Cyntrix having warehouse sales. It's at that price. But they say they did not receive codes for batman  rclxub.gif  So not sure if really good deal or how.
I am not planning to OC. Does that change what PSU i should get/

I was reading this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-...ew,2043-10.html
Seems like Strider wins though?

Don't listen to seller, just buy the one you want, you are the one who pay for the product, not the one to clear their leftover stock, just get the Seasonic M12II Evo 520W, it's a good quality PSU, degradation is low. I am running an OC build + GTX970 and max load only draw less than 450W, if you are not going to OC, 520W is definitely enough. 650W and 620W is just a small 30W difference, obviously the seller is tricking you and wanted to clear his stock.

If cannot get in Digital Mall, can try Techview IT, also nearby PJ area.

if that price then i understand y no batman already. consider quite a good deal. what i know gtx 970 must at least RM14xx only included 2 games but also if u're lucky enough. zotac got 3 yrs warranty from cyntrix & another 2 more zotac. if no mistake the last 2 yrs warranty by zotac so u ask carefully.

seriously PSU is very important so better get a good one. actually i won't even consider the 2 psu u mentioned. final decision depend on u.

Would you both recommend Superflower LEADEX 650W 80+ Silver, Full Modular - RM 379? It's from Cyntrix and I wouldn't mind going back there for it. :/

And demmit for no batman! Wanted to sell it to recuperate some losses. And yes, 5 years warranty through Cyntrix (because they will register warranty for us with Zotac)

Get FSP Hexa 500w (if they're still sold) or maybe Enermax NAXN 550w or the CX430. This power supply's are below RM200.

That should do it.

Or you could just get a B85 motherboard for around RM220-290+-

Does it require all items to be in a single receipt? If yes, then I have to tune the build a bit, if not necessary, you can get a cheaper case like Aerocool V3X RM105 so the total will become < 3.5k, downgrading PSU is not recommended.

And all the GTX970 reference models sold on Malaysia do not come with Titan design cooler, all are cheap plastic cover with the blower cooler only, if you really want to buy Titan style blower of GTX970, you might require extra efforts such as ordering from overseas but that would jack up the budget.

Intel Xeon E3 1231 V3 - RM 959
Asrock B85M-ITX - RM 329
Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Value RAM - RM 219
Leadtek GTX970 4GB GDDR5 Hurricane - RM 1429
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 199
Seasonic M12II EVO 520W PSU - RM 299
CM Elite 110 - RM 149

Total: RM 3583 (Viewnet price inclusive of GST)

If choose a longer case like CM Elite 120/130 at about the same price of CM Elite 110, then you can get the reference model of GTX970 at lower price so the total will be < 3.5k.

Thanks about the infomation on the 970. I just check with my HR that they will only accept one reciept for the claim. So what kind of changes would u recommend from the suggestions?

Thanks for your suggestion, for a cramped build like this would the reference 970 be better temperatures-wise?

Off-topic: I noticed your build in your signature, should look very similar to mine, any build pics? Curious to see. tongue.gif

I forgot to mention in the request though, he prioritize HDD capacity over SSD's speed, so if I happen to use your list I will remove the SSD and get a larger hard drive. But either way thanks for your suggestion ya. biggrin.gif

Contact those in garage sale with internal connection with Dell, they can land their hand on it, but it not going to be cheap, might as well get MSI tiger or other non-reference which is cheaper.
