I was browsing through and saw the lack of a sneaker thread disturbing. So I thought of making one myself. Also last sneaker thread is a few years old.
So post your heat here, w2c, ID help here. Also feel free to praise/taunt/jelly other people's heat.

While I'm here, I'm just gonna make a little guide to cheap-tier sneakers, mainly below the RM500 mark(granted this might be actually too much for some people). Why? Cuz I'm bored. I'm just gonna do a low-top one. If anyone wants a high-top one, just ask.

Sneakers
sneak·er /ˈsnēkər/ Noun A soft shoe with a rubber sole worn for sports or casual occasions.

Low-top sneakers
Low-tops are extremely versatile, and a great replacement for ratty tennis shoes. They can easily be dressed up or down. These are often not too pricey. A few pairs, in mute colors like white or black, should cover your wardrobe and not break the bank.

Adidas
Adidas, is a well-known sportswear/shoe brand founded in 1948 Germany by Adolf Dassler (nicknamed Adi Dassler), after he split with his brother Rudolf, who established the brand Puma. Adidas is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe, and second largest in the world.

They're known by their distinctive three-stripe logo. To me, Adidas is the king of classic low tops. The Adidas original line is great for simple, classic, safe sneakers. Some of their popular models include:

Adidas Gazelle

Adidas Stan Smith

Adidas Samba

Converse
Converse is an American company that produces shoes, lifestyle clothing, and athletic apparel but are mainly known for their timeless Chuck Taylors.

The company was founded in 1908 and began creating rubber soled shoes for winter. They later started manufacturing shoes for tennis.

Then in 1921, a basketball player named Charles H. "Chuck" Taylor walked into Converse complaining of sore feet. They gave him a job and he worked as a salesman and ambassador. In 1932 Taylor’s signature was added to the All Star patch on the classic, high-topped sneakers.

From the 1940s till the 1970s Chuck Taylor All Stars were used as basketball shoes until other converse variants were created more suited for the sport.

They are the shoe that most remaja nowadays are wearing. Especially the black and red Chucks. They can be worn with jeans, cords, chinos, and even suits if you can pull off the look.

Chuck Taylors

Jack Purcell

Nike
QUOTE
I was seven years old, when I got my first pair
And I stepped outside
And I was like, "Momma, this air bubble right here, it's gonna make me fly"
Wing$, by Macklemore

Nike is not just sportswear brand, though their mission statement is: "to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world. (*if you have a body, you are an athlete)". Founded in 1964, the company used to sell onitsuka tiger shoes out of the back of a car. Now, Nike is a major multinational corporation, known all over the world.

For Nike, branding is huge. The Swoosh is an iconic logo recognized around the world, and the slogan "Just Do It" was recognized as one of the top 5 ad slogans of the 20th century. In terms of ethics, Nike has been criticized for use of sweatshops and exploitation of cheap labor, as well as child labor. However, Nike has been praised for being environmentally-friendly.

In terms of products, Nike is most well known for its shoes that go well in a range of outfits, from casual to ballin' streetwear.

Nike Roshe Run

Nike Air Max

Nike Flyknit

Vans
Also one of the new uprising sneakers among our generasi muda. Mostly labeled as a sneaker shoe; they have gained a lot of popularity among the public these few years. Vans, like Converse, has its roots in US production, but cut costs by moving production elsewhere in the late nineties. Their shoes are frequently associated with skater culture. Opinions about Vans are mixed. Some maintain that it is a good basic sneaker, and some dismiss it entirely as bro-tier.

Vans has a few different lines of shoes of varying quality and price.

"If u really tight, then u gotta get Vans." - Lil B, 2005

Vans Old Skool

Vans Authentics/Eras

New Balance
New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., more popularly known as New Balance, is an American footwear manufacturer based in Boston, founded in 1906. They are proud of their American heritage (William Riley was inspired by the chicken foot in 1906 to help relieve the foot pain of laborers), the fact that they offer a range of sizes and widths for comfort, and that they are "committed to making shoes in the US" - they maintain a manufacturing presence in the US (employing 1300 factory workers), and offer models made in the USA, like the 990. They claim: "One out of every 4 pairs of shoes we sell in the USA is made or assembled here. Where the domestic value is at least 70%, we label our shoes 'Made in the USA.'"

Pretty much the most comfortable shoes in the market right now.

And that is about it. Mohon critik dan give advise/improvements that I can put into this guide thing. Also I'll probably won't do mid-tier and high-tier sneakers cuz they are really hard to cop here in Malaysia(cuz I'm malas). Try Singapore for most of that stuff.

Happy Discussing thumbup.gif

Chucks? They are notorious for their not being that comfortable. Granted it is a RM130 shoe so you get what quality you're having. One walk around Midvalley and already have feet pain. Have you tried Jack Purcell? They are much more comfortable, higher quality, much more formal but they are about RM360 per pair.

I hope Converse will release a JP signature with leather or suede upper.

My latest purchase - Adidas ZX Flux Xeno. I'm not an Adidas guy but I couldn't pass on this pair of beauty :/

On the other hand, I dislike vans the most as my previous pair always cut the back of my ankle, a short walk from house door to my car is painful enough for me to change them before I drive off.

Is onitsuka tiger considered as sneaker? They are popular below rm500 too. I own a pair and no complains, perfect pair to match with long pants if I don't want to be too sporty.

I love the flyknit racer too, but price is too steep for me to cop one sad.gif

I hate to ask this but does anyone know where I can get genuine Nike Roshe Runs? I know there's a number of online shops but I'm not too sure of their authenticity.

Anyone knows a physical shop where I can go? I went to sole what but they did not have the black with white swoosh.

11street most probably selling fakes, most of their colorways aren't official or not available here. They also don't provide Nike product codes, and more hilariously some of their "Roshe" uses Nike Kaishi soles and have weird names like "Roshe One Start Begin" or whatever. So yeah, don't.
I find that Malaysian online retailers mostly resort to fakes with the exception of a few. So would advice to go international or buy from Nike stores.

Some tips: Check TeamRoshe for current colorways. If the colorway/product code isn't listed or the seller suspiciously has a near full size run from past season colorways, avoid. Claiming "QC reject, off season" or whatever is the oldest trick in the book. There isn't such a thing, it's just a scam.

Dear all the sifu, I am looking for white sneaker and so far narrow down to the below 2 choices:
1) Converse Jack Purcell Signature Leather - RM499
2) Adidas porsche design 356 - RM530

Tried on both and found that the converse is more comfortable.

Any comment?

If you want white and comfort, the Adidas Boost is probably one of the best.

Utraboost cost RM650 and I have never seen in white color before.

Tried on the stan smith also and found that it's real classic but it just didn't click on me.

1) That's a very expensive JP. Stupid expensive. You can get a ton of better more comfortable sneakers at that price. Or get a normal JP and add in your own preferred insole.

2) NO.

Maybe it's just me, but find the newer "Remastered" classics too expensive for Converse tier shoes. Still not convinced by the "improvements" they made, and even so it can't really justify the price. Converse are Converse. Beaters. Cheap shoes you buy to trash into the ground.

The JP signature leather is loaded with leather on the upper top, Ortholite footbed and Nike Zoom Air Technology. It's really comfortable to wear. But yet to test wear on long period. The pricing is neither competitive nor expensive.

If you argue like that than 5.0 has the most cushioning since it's the thickest .
3.0 is more for ppl who wants to feel really low to the ground giving the closest to a shoeless experience

I have a pair of 3.0's, probably the most enjoyable sneaker I have to date. I used to run with it, for a few weeks but decided to use it as a sneaker instead.

Comfort wise, it is top notch. Only drawback is the lack of heel support, especially for long distance driving might hurt a little laugh.gif

Free series actually feel like sandals a lot, very comfortable. Plus it's flyknit, so sockless is fine. Just remember to air after every use.

I would recommend Roshes, but only if they're on sale. They were previously selling for around 260, before Nike raised the prices to 310. A bit ridiculous, for that amount of shoe.
Quality wise they seem ok, I've worn one of my pairs for a year or so. No problem with tearing on the fabric or gum coming loose. Sole is great. Very comfortable overall and very flexible shoe.

What's your budget?

Vans old skool, Vans era/authentic, Converse classics, Not the most comfortable but good enough and lasts a long time.
Nike Janoskis for something a bit left field, Roshes to keep with the trend.

dont think they are in the same class of comparison
more to lunarlon vs ultra boost, (but even then ultra boost is far better so idk still not a fair comparison)
ultra boost is adidas' flagship performance tech and is commonly regarded best running shoe, period.
they also have it on primeknit which is nike's flyknit

I seriously feel Ultraboost is more towards casual than "best running shoe". Nowhere is it near that from what I read, most people who are serious runners prefer other Adidas models. Apparently UB too "squishy" and "springy", non responsive like running using springs. Unless you're talking about most comfortable, then it probably wins.

Personally, Ultraboost is probably the most comfortable 'sneaker' I've ever worn. It is too beautiful for running, so yeah most of us will wear it as sneakers rather than running.

If I were to draw comparison between an Ultraboost over Nike Air (Huarache / Air Max 1 etc), I'd take Ultraboost any day. If you have the moolah, just get it. The full black is gorgeous, unfortunately Adidas Malaysia chose not to bring in the triple white one. Ughh

Most runners want shoes that absorb the impact of the feet hitting the pavement while remaining solid, like you said, comfort isn't exactly the top of the list when you are doing 20-40km runs. I've enjoyed my runs on FiveFingers far more than any other running shoes I've owned.

Why would Nike forums discuss about Adidas?

Irregardless of what people say, I believe one can use their shoes for any purposes / regardless of the category (lifestyle / performance). It all boils down to one word.. style.

If my performance shoe is stylish.. heck I would use it as a sneaker.

Well, shoes like Roshe are purely meant for casual use. There's nothing to like or dislike about it really, it's just a simple, attractive silhouette which happens to be priced on the low end (until the past year that is). Not to mention very comfortable. Sandal shoe, if you may. The new Crocs ;p

Shoes like GL3 comes from a running heritage. I'm not too sure, haven't really tried running in my "running" sneakers but I would think they'd do alright assuming the original DNA, materials etc. remains unchanged.

Correct. Asics GEL series has been a long heritage (25 years to be exact). In fact, models like Kayano, GL5, EVO, Respector etc are pretty comfortable.

It's a pity that it is still very niche in our market.

Do like we do, man. Go outlet, test sizing. Go home, confirm on forum. Then online shopping, look for colorways you like.
Most of the time, I think buying from online cheaper than what you can get here. And way better service.

Rule no.1, don't buy local unless you're good at telling fakes apart. There's a lot of unethical sellers peddling fakes as "original", " authentic", "factory approved" or whatever crap.
Buy from reputable online stores, you can find a list over at niketalk. I buy from hanon myself.

As for socks, it's a matter of preference. I have a pair of rm50 Nike socks, and a cheap pair I sometimes use for running. Not a professional, so can't really tell the difference. So long as they don't log sweat

Hanon ships directly here.
Used to buy a lot from size, but they increase shipping to 10+GBP. About same as Hanon, but Hanon deducts VAT. Check out their clearance section from time to time, good deals to be had.

Depends. Leather yes, helps the shoe maintain it's shape and minimize toebox creasing. Synthetics or fabrics don't really see a point, it just stretches the shoe unnecessarily.

Brand booths on the ground floor are not allowed to sell any shoes. You can only preview the sneakers being showcased by the brands.

However, small booths upstairs are allowed to sell. It is more like a branding thing and a 'gathering' for sneakerheads all over SEA.

Plus, there will be a sneaker auction too.

Yeap! + 10% off with maybank. Ultraboost is a tad more comfortable + more support but I prefer the looks on this for casual wear and for RM200 lesser than ultra, no complaints!

Guys, anyone know where to buy nice nike airmax 90 models? Recently I went through KLCC, al-ikhsan, Festival city mall all of the shops are only selling very limited color airmax 90. Mostly are Black and white, green and gray all the time..

Bought it at 329 also. Why the orange 1 is cheaper?
Anyway, regretted a bit,coz rocks and dirts always stuck at the base and the base easily stains. Hav to clean everytime after wear. rclxub.gif

The Red/Orange and black/white one is the first colorway, while the blue came out 1-2 months after.

Hence the price difference.

First up is the NikeLab Gyakusou Free 3.0 Flyknit, which sees a heavy dose of design language from Undercover founder Jun Takahashi. The muted, black-based colorways are accented with earthy hits of brown, blue, red, and green, sticking with the drab palette we've become used to seeing from the Gyakusou sneakers As for performance, the pairing of the Flyknit upper and Free 3.0 sole makes for a truly natural feel.

Current market price is between RM569-RM699. It will fluctuate depending on the exchange rate.

I remember it selling for RM369-RM399 just a few months ago.

No problem man.

Usually these Tier-1 shoes are 'by allocation' only, meaning that Nike Malaysia will allocated it to Tier 1 dealers like Sole What, Crossover and Hundred % to sell it rather than Nike selling it themselves at their own monobrand stores.

I think Boundless @ Bukit Bintang has a new batch of Huraches going for 600+, limited quantities thou. Go check them out smile.gif

for us msian? idk
anyway i think adidas has a diff philosophy; they going to crank out every cw imaginable for the yeezy until the market is flooded; so be patient
(example restocking the triple white ultra boost something like 5 times?)
indirectly also kanye as an ambasaddor for adidas has really boost their sales

QUOTE
Thanks to both artists, the adidas Originals division saw a 29% spike in sales for the first quarter, which is up from last year by 26%. The CEO says the spike in sales came courtesy of Pharrell’s, adidas Supercolor pack and the launch of the Yeezy Boost, while also giving credit to new silhouettes from Three Stripes like the Tubular and ZX Flux
and this was in may 2015 before letting kanye run an entire fashion release as well as several more yeezys
nike missed quite an opportunity for shafting/ignoring kanye

adidas debuts 2016 ultra boost
QUOTE
The 2016 adidas Ultra Boost has been upgraded with a gradient multicolored heatwave pattern as well as technical changes that include a more supportive fit at the base of the upper and more breathability and flexibility at the top. The Primeknit material is now knitted with a different tightness to support the foot in all the right places. The outsole has also received some significant upgrades with the addition of Continental Rubber™ and a flattened Stretch Web outsole for even more durability.

i hav tried those continental rubber and its surprisingly grippy on surfaces

Are the shoes sold by lazada legit? The original prices seem to be about right, but the markdowns seem particularly high.
I'm specifically looking at the puma suedes.

Well, there are definitely plenty of genuine products among the fakes. But i agree, unless you have a good eye for fakes, it is best to stay away from these sites.

nah malaysia doesnt really have a resell market
the only one time i remember was the sneakerlah event at lot10, even for its first they already had international sneakerheads visiting
it does look promising it will grow

as for the video ranting about nike controlling the market and demand, same can be said for fashion labels. e.g Hermes producing low quantities at exorbitant prices
the only diff is nike being the successful marketer but it should not be credited to them alone, rappers also helped built the hype stemming from the likes of run dmc, jordan himself etc all contribute to the culture

in any case when a retailer releases so called ltd edition every week, maybe its high time u wake n smell the coffee

Copped it in Niketown, NYC. I'm currently living in NYC, so it isn't really difficult getting these.

How much do they retail in Malaysia? They do sell these in our local Nike stores, right?

Yes they do, but then usually not all colourways are available. Racer price range is around 600 ish, not quite sure about lunar..

that is a flyknit racer oreo yeah? Cause if I'm not mistaken it is not available locally and in the scalper market it can cost about 1k?

Thank the gods they revised the soles, tbh this is my biggest gripe with the Ultra Boosts; they tend to wear too quick. Now we just wait for the triple white/black CWs to come out...

adidas really outdid themselves this year haha

Recently I took 2 pairs for a trip. Stan Smith & Presto, ended up wearing Presto most of the days. As the Stan Smith's gave a tired feet feeling at the end of the day.

Stan smith okay as a casual shoe but if u gonna do lots walking, then the sole might be considered hard. But it is a classic !

Personal preference and imo high tops harder to pull off and less versatile to match
Most of the time when modelling merchandise they tend to use low unless that's the object you want to highlight

you can youtube on "how to wear..." plenty of guides
try pairing with slim sweatpants/joggers which seems to be a new thing under athleisure (officially in the dictionary now)

Ultraboosts are way ahead in terms of comfort.

I'm not a fan of the Tubular thou, there is a 'caved' in design at the sole, making it uncomfortable for long hours.

Btw, it's just my opinions lol.

Should really wait for the NMD thou, comes with boost soles. (Not the primeknit one).

JD does carry Ultraboosts. However, it was all sold out during the launch day, 9th Jan.

Don't worry la, Ultraboost is adidas baby, the have new colorways coming soon for SS16 & AW16 laugh.gif

i have gone through a couple pair of AM 1, AM 90, Air Force 1, Jordans, some lunar trainer.

nothing can ever come close to ultra boost or pure boost, this thing is mind blowing good. Roshe is actually good when they retail at 200 ish a lot of years ago.

pure boost is more of a chill shoe like a roshe run, very comfortable. A lot of Y3 boost use the similar midsole.

If u want a stable, lock down feel ultra boost is the way to go.

For the comfort level you're gonna experience, the RM650 is worth it IMO. On top of that, it's a looker too! Goes well with joggers, shorts, jeans & etc.

Skechers Go Walk vs Onitsuka Tiger, which is more comfy?

Currently wearing a puma future suede: lightweight, but lack of cushioning and support. I can feel pain at the heels when standing or walking for more than an hour or so.
So I'm looking for a comfy casual shoes (not too sporty look like most nikes). Tried the Go Walk, its really comfy, but come to think of it too 'fluffy' shoes are they still good when worn for a longer period?

And one that matches good with shorts as well, as I wear shorts quite often.

Thanks guys! biggrin.gif

That's a good price for Boosts ... am really really tempted.

Been a Puma kaki all my life but the UB/NMD are really making me want to buy my first Adidas.

Slightly more expensive compared to UB thou.

But yeah, boost soles are amazing. I'll pass this NMD, prefer something more monotone (black/white) laugh.gif

Am torn between getting UB or this. I guess it depends on which ever is in stock and available in my size.

Actually already bought 2 pairs of the Stamp'd x Puma R698's last month.

If I buy this I'll surely get the full wrath of my wife's anger ... however, I think I'm willing to suffer for Boost tongue.gif

I used to be a Jordan collector, but after trying on Asics and Adidas runners, I changed my mind and moved on to the cozy side of life. Hahaha, I recently got a pair of Adidas Ultra Boost and i've been wearing it more often these days more than any other sneakers I own. If you got a chance to get it, do it, you won't regret. biggrin.gif

Thanks for the feedback and poison Bro.

My only problem is actually finding a shop that has the UB/NMD in stock and in my size so that I can try them on.

I have no idea how Adidas shoes fit me.

Bought from End before. Their delivery is quite pricey but fast. I received my sneakers in around 7 to 10 days.

My order was slightly below RM500 so can't comment on the tax. I've bought other stuff online before and all I'm going to say is that for expensive items, just be prepared.

hi thanks for your reply.
I'm eyeing on sales items like Asics Gel Lyte & Puma Blaze Croc Hunter.
The delivery cost is pricey coz they are using fedex.
Another website Revolve Clothing offers cheaper delivery but they are using USPS which i kinda worry the reliability.

For all the Jordan enthusiast, I'm going to open a Pre-Order for certain models of AJ Retros like AJ 1 UNC, 6 Maroon, 7 sweater, and some 8s. My price would be slightly higher than the retail only biggrin.gif For example, my price for the AJ1 UNC would be about RM 8xx only icon_rolleyes.gif All items are guaranteed 100% original or i'll refund 2x the price. Feel free to contact me via PM for further information. biggrin.gif

Have a look at Slam Jam Socialism. They have the Blaze Croc at discounted prices and I think they have an extra 10% off this weekend. Their shipping is reasonable and they charge in EUR.

I would've bought the Blaze Croc if I hadn't just bought 2 sneakers last month.

You'll pay tax in 90% cases if you buy from end, even if your purchase below 500. End has some fked up arrangements with fedex, they will never count actual postage paid and just use the freight schedule. Lots of other better choices around if you don't mind slower delivery.

Quite a lot, since the freight schedule cost is crazy. Had a shipment costing rm300 during free shipping, they calculated shipping at rm500 due to end's big ass boxes. Ended up paying nearly rm80 in tax. So I've boycotted end since then. Never had a shipment come from them which is tax free.

Would recommend hanon as above poster mentioned, they deduct vat which gives them an advantage over size. Also their sales can be quite crazy. Got a couple great deals from them.

Or maybe some new balance or top up for pure boosts?

Lazada and 11st i don't really trust for shoes.
Zalora i would say is more reliable. I believe they are authorized seller for Nike's. They have some Roshe as well. Returns are easy.
They ship via gdex, so don't expect your shoebox to be in great condition.

Can check out al-ikhsan as well. But monochrome roshe's and flyknits are hard to come by la.
Good luck.

If you're willing to top up for pure boost, then by all means go ahead. rclxms.gif

In the past year I've bought sneakers from End, Hanon, eBay, Amazon UK and Asos. I've always made sure that all my purchases were below RM500 in total (goods + shipping).

Maybe I was lucky but so far I didn't have to pay taxes on any of my orders.

I believe it's all about not drawing attention to your shipment. 1 or 2 sneakers in a compact box is safer than say 3 shirts that are shipped in a huge ass container.

i thought those shoes sold at premium outlet in cheaper prices are lil bit outdated? will they sell those roshe, flyknit and airmax in cheaper prices compared to normal retail shops? planning to pay a visit to mitsui in these few days biggrin.gif
*
So you want new stock and cheaper than retail....
You just answered your own question
They do stock airmax, flyknit but of past seasons and sometimes at very good deals
I.e free flyknit 5.0 below rm200
You can read earlier pages of this thread which we covered about factory outlet shopping etc

if buying sneakers just for fashion, then anything will be alright. if for serious running, I recommend a very good site that gives serious reviews on running shoes, you'd be surprised that many flashy brands got thrashed, they spent their own $$$ to buy the shoes for testing, sometimes they even cut open the shoes to check the component materials. Some big name brands got criticized heavily for not being honest!!! Really worth checking this out for serious runners:

http://www.solereview.com/list-of-performance-reviews/

The current highest rated products are Saucony Ride 7, New Balance 1500 V1, Nike Air Pegasus 31, Brooks Adrenaline GTS 14, and those Adidas Boost series.

Both NMD and UB will be adidas highlight for both SS16 & AW16.

There will be monotone NMD theme , along with other colorways too. Also, the new lineup of UB are pretty sweet too. adidas are defo heading the right direction this year.

The Pegasus is a brilliant choice for running, consistently rated highly after the refresh. Pegasus 32 on sale now, 300 or so. Very similar to the 31. Note that the air bag at the heel though so more cushion for heel strikers, if you a forefoot striker better get the zoom elite 8.

Sorry but hope you don't mind me asking, where did you see the Pegasus 32 being on sale for 300+? That's a good bargain.

Would these running shoes, such as the Pegasus 32 with more cushioning at heel area, be suitable for walking or will it be an overkill?

Thanks

They're fine for walking, but a bit uncomfortable relatively I feel because they tend to be stiff to absorb heavy impact. So for say, whole day walking I tend to avoid them.
They're available mostly at jerasia run Nike boutiques. Should be in most major malls I think.

I feel roshe runs have more cushioning for walking, the older ones with the solarsoft insole. Compared to Nike running shoes that is. Able to walk a full day with slight soreness in foot, compared to heel really aching if walking in Nike running shoes.

glad it helps. I just searched for reviews on a shoe and accidentally found this link http://www.solereview.com/list-of-performance-reviews/

i'm quite surprised to learn that newer models may not be better than an older version, like:

Asics Gel Kayano 20 - 87
Asics Gel Kayano 21 - 85
Asics Gel Kayano 22 - 66

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 14 - 90
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 15 - 88

Nike Air Pegasus 30 - 87
Nike Air Pegasus 31 - 94
Nike Air Pegasus 32 - 85

Saucony Ride 8 - 83
Saucony Ride 7 - 95

compared with other major review sites like runnersworld, this solereview's reviews are more in depth and serious. of course, any review we shouldn't treat like absolute truth, but rather as a very good reference.

happy hunting!!

Thanks once again for the insight, much appreciated. I shall look into Roshe Runs seriously since I need a pair more for walking long distances and for gym (stationary bikes, cross-trainers, steppers, etc) but no running at all, Doctor's orders.

Yeah, that's what I noticed too, older models higher rated than the latest models. Maybe to do with cost-saving that caused them to alter materials used or less, or just less time in designing due to quicker product release cycles for new models these days.

Not really feeling those ... but maybe I'm just old.

On a separate note, can anyone share where I can actually try on some UB's? Am unfamiliar with Adidas sizing and so buying on-line is not an option for now.

An alternative ... slightly cheaper due to exchange rate. I'd be all over these if not for the colourway.

in other news yeezy season 3 looks like .... costumes for star wars / deer hunting ?
in the yzy season 3 video, Olivier Rousteing was sitting in front of kardashian/jenners, wonder what went through his mind hehe

Do you think it will ever be more accessible?

Been looking online and I think our selection of adidas here in Malaysia is really sad

Really wanted to cop pirate blacks tomorrow but I don't understand why solewhat and adidas limits their raffles to in-store only. We East Malaysian workers impossible ask leaves for 3 days just to fly to KL to buy them. Plus, not sure if we can get them or not. Make it online raffles ma so every Malaysia truly have a chance.

Agree. Honestly, I'd rather get the WW than the Yeezy's. Only issue is that I'm not in Malaysia so I'll have to try to get them on-line.

But as with on-line, I'd have higher chances of winning American Idol than actually getting the shoes.

Use a forwarding service such as HopShopGo and others.

It wont be cheap but at least you'll get what you want.

Edit:

And they're gone ... only size 10 left.

Crazy that in an hour they were bought just like that.

Just got to wait for a restock later on.

I've read other sneaker forums and it shouldn't be a problem ... unless you have unusually wide feet. Best bet would be to try out Ultra Boosts sizes here just to make sure.

If you don't want to deal with freight forwarders, you can order from here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Adidas-Ultra-Boost...iWoHxpxGx6vYVJA

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Adidas-Ultra-Boost...UuGipiTKDtMBFTg

What you pay for shipping and import charges above are in fact actually cheaper than what you'll be charged by freight forwarders.
