Is times square the best place to buy sneakers ?

Has anyone here bought sneakers from endclothing? How long usually will you received dispatch email after you've made your purchase? This is my 1st time buying from the site and it has been 4 days ( purchase made on 21/4/16 and paid through Paypal) but i haven't get dispatch email from them and it made worry. Have been contacting their customer service but so far no reply at all. Thank you

Ordered before and didn't encounter any problems.

My sneakers took about 2 weeks to reach me though.

Thank you for the reply. I have already received a refund from endclothing. It seems that the sneaker that i wanted to buy was already out of stock and they had to cancel my order. Stock error that caused the delay. Want to buy the Y-3 Sport Approach. Expecting to received two pair of sneakers this week (Y-3 sport approach and Highsnobiety Ultraboost) but now have to be content with only the Highsnobiety Ultraboost from Ebay. ( which is now stuck at Ebay Global shipping centre in Kentucky since Friday)

am waiting for a pair of shoe from the states and now the status in USPS saying "held in customs".. don't think i've come across this status before.. (or is this a step before the status "custom cleared"?)

normally, it'll just ship to my add and i'd pay the custom fees to the courier.

do i need to do anything?

depends on which courier taking care of ur items. As far as i know, if EMS taking care then thats means probably you item really held by custom and you need to go to their office to pay the tax. If other courier like DHL, Fedex u they should be helping u to clear the custom and later on inform you how much u need to pay for the tax.
