my agent said he checked with developer n banker. The developer will renew upon completion

I try to call Aset Kayamas since 3 weeks ago, is very difficult to get him. He is either in the meeting or away n now on long leave. I'm not sure whether they allow to transfer the unit.

Sorry to interrupt folks,

Just out of curiosity, when developer asks the purchaser to sign SPA & pay the balance of the downpayment does this mean that the SPA is final?

Is there such thing as sign, pay downpayment today... 2 months later an original SPA will be produced ?

depending when they're going to date it. they might delay to date plus the 54th construction period so it will be longest construction project in town already.

please have the developer to issue an undertaking stating confirm of renewal back to 99 years. all the charges should be borned by them. Buyer only pay MOT for the strata title.

but the law firm told to sign spa first also can... but have to pay full of the balance 10% down payment

get loan approve first,
if u sign s&p and loan rejected, u cant get back ur 10%.

sorry 1st house buyer ...I sign the SnP last week... i already pay rm20K... then i have to pay the balance of rm22,450K... but the thing is i got bumi discount of 5%...but the firm didnt include that in the SnP...the price stated is without discount..shd i be worried?

To be honest i have no idea, even if it is bumi lot, its ok, not planning to sell it anyway.

The location is superb n good for own stay..
10min to ikea kl soon will be opening next month..
