Don't think it's so simple, surely will have to pay premium to renew lease back to 99 years.

Anyone bought newly constructed leasehold prop directly from developer before? Can share whether the developer will renew land lease upon completion?

If developer willing pay the premium than will renew before VP.
If not resident hav to pay the premium to renew & subject to approve.

I've been calling Aset Kayamas for 2 weeks but either no one pick up the general line or the Person in charge is away or meeting. Roy is on leave for 2 weeks now, anyone know who is the other PIC? Anyone cancelled ur unit n successfully got back ur money?

Pls take note the completion period is tentatively 55 months.

In normal circumstances you will need to service full loan upon 37th month after the loan drawdown. Which mean u need to serve full installement but the construction still have 1 year to VP.

Pls check with your lawyer.
