went to the site..there is high tension cables nearby..and there is one big mosque next to this project..this place surrounded by flats and majority in his area are Malay ppl

what do you expect for 400k 3R2B today? u can go further down to Lido & J.Pudion so called more urban area but selling 600k up will u consider?

I heard agent said this land is 4arces, 2acres facing road is to build apartment for government servant. 2 acres behind is to build mid cost condo called Holme, 42 storeys with 20+ facilities.
Not sure the facade will look like government apartment or not?
