For those who wish to choose KL view, here is a raw anlge-range from the site
Red/Pink lines - Cemeteries view
Green lines - Twin tower or Golf Club view

It is still very depending on the actual building geometric.
Need to spare some angle for view tolerance.
Also, as usual, high floors are safer bet to avoid view blockage by future projects (no promise).
Some nearby examples to watch out
1) the land between DBKL Training Institute (DBKLTI) and International Youth Center(IYC) is meant for highrise?
2) the football stadium revamped for highrise?

It is recommended to get to the top floor of DBKLTI or IYC and have a view on KL.

Say starting price set at RM385K.............

Perhaps each floor increase 1K like parkhill/the henge............

Additional price of RM5K for park view/pool view...............

RM10K for KLCC view..............

Heard that there will be a long queue for this project based on super overwhelming market response........

Boss, developer also is a profit oriented organization...why Wanna go until the extend to check their purchasers?! More importantly, customers are able to buy, sign spa and taking loan...that's all...

I suspect for this project, any other type of transfer will take place also, later. Will see then.

Sentul prime (former name) was one of the examples which strictly only allowed immediate family members for change name due to their relatively low launching price of rm300psf two or three years back before their official launching...but the developer kept their promise and giving back old price albeit launched at later stage about 2-3 years later...

price point wise, yes most of the developers priced it at the range of from rm300K to rm500K with smaller built up area....

thus, it translated into higher psf......AK pricing for their projects still remain very competitive.....

pls share some examples if any....
