Final confirm, YES for group purchaser (10 units and above) has the priority to choose the unit first on 23 may 2015.

Guys, the affordable houses will be sharing 50% :50% of the land size (4 acres in total) Correct? So it's a cross subsidising project.
They will demolish the flat beside and could be possible to come out another 2000-3000k units with that big plot I believe in the future. Or maybe another pavilion? |
