Final confirm, YES for group purchaser (10 units and above) has the priority to choose the unit first on 23 may 2015.

no need register, you just need to open PT cheque and put the dated on 23 may 2015 only

Guys, the affordable houses will be sharing 50% :50% of the land size (4 acres in total) Correct? So it's a cross subsidising project.

They will demolish the flat beside and could be possible to come out another 2000-3000k units with that big plot I believe in the future. Or maybe another pavilion?

How will the developer prevent purchasers from submitting 10 cheques to choose first...but in the end only choose 1 unit?

I thought depositing a post dated cheque does not mean a commitment to buy. Are you implying that anyone who deposit a post-dated cheque must buy?
