I think somebody already lodged complaint with DBKL website, based on papan tanda iklan (wheather it is license or not, etc).

Maybe we should follow, lodge beramai2..???

Neway...went to The Holmes late evening, the guardhouse entrance looks great..with alll the lights..looks grand laa to me..

To those purchasers better join the WA grup created by one of Holmes purchaser..so many ppl join already ..lots of discussion over there...

First join the fb grup The Holmes @ Bandar Tun Razak, the ball rolls from there.

I am agree , RM1300 is too high and tenant will more prefer Holmes since just RM200 different.

With so many condo surrounding this area, it's very competitive to rent out the unit with good rate imho

Crazy price, who want to rent?

I see many owners unable to rent out, unless cheap cheap, or to Pak Hitam.
