Are the developer allowed to put big signboard ASET KAYAMAS on top of our building??..because ours are not RUMAWIP..why the need to promote the company.

It think it looks ugly..and cheapened our building.

The Aset Kayamas wording looks so big compared to Holmes.. it looks jarring to me

I would've preferred if they just put the building name only. It would look better IMO

Seriously, why the heck they are putting developer's name so big compared to the word "Holmes", furthermore it shouldn't have placed developer up there to promote.

I have another concern about why the tank is exposed at roof? It is a condominium.....dui~

since is consider promoting company brand.. Once JMB form, maybe can request fees from Developer consider that rent space to them for advertising purpose? anyone know is this workable or any success case from other project?

Higher grade?? Not sure...
Friend bought Razakmas; he told me the buyers there tham “ intelligent “ to demand - all tiles on corridor( now cement only) every house free grill for safety; solid chengal timber wooden door etc etc....with 180k smile.gif purchase price.. think we can ask till the sky already..

I really can't accept that the tank is so obvious at rooftop. Look at Razakmas, even Razakmas's roof got some design to cover up tank.... ranting.gif
