yes, of course, if agents press down the market price and also depend what furnitures you provide. if you want fast rent out with bare unit, then rent out rm1200-1300

Razakmas is the 198k medium cost apartment beside.
800sqft with 1CP.
If 1200 is actually quite highly price.

Add in 300 can get 1018sqft with 2CP and come with condo facilities.

i heard colleague said workmanship very bad... not sure if true..

Most developers, if not all, in Malaysia still delivering a bad workmanship finished products.

The only question, how response AK's contractor is going to rectify all the defects.

our unit looks ok. minor defects. settle in 1-2 weeks.

overall delivery looks pretty decent for the price they pay..

My bro also taken keys.

I would say the workmanship quite good, no major defects can be seen, need go through it very detail and thoroughly for finding defects I think.

Feeling so disappointed, i have paid extra 20k for KLCC View. But the view was blocked by DBKL building. Anyone facing the same issue like me? Feel like being cheated by AK. Anyone can advice what action i can take? I just want my 20k back.
