most probably keep at developer pricing for these few years... high density and alot of options around cheras nowadays especially those closer to MRT line...

The Holme is close but not walkable.... 500k price really hard to justify....

plenty range RM400k - RM500k properties flooding into market now day.....

yea lo.... those older condo behind hukm... also selling below 500k for a 1000 sq ft unit only... well maintained and super low density.... AK projects i wont expect any good appreciation for it because they always link with rumawip...
