I had the torrent cant be saved problem, I confirm my harddisc is NTFS and this is the first time i encounter this problem,

I'm using utorrent 1.9 beta, just what is this "new feature" that might help speeding up my download and how should configure it?

Has anyone encountered horribly slow torrent speeds lately?
My uTorrent 1.8.2 can't even seed. |

Now my downloads using utorrent is extremely slow, wonder if it's on my part or the ISP is capping the downloads

I'm using 1.9 alpha with uTP enabled. With a fair amount of seeds+leechers, I can easily shoot up and linger around 50-60kbp/s.. easier if at night.

I'd been using Utorrent 1.9 Beta for a year. Seems to be giving me decent speeds. Some torrents with good seeders I can get almost max speed.
