I'm using utorrent 1.9 beta, just what is this "new feature" that might help speeding up my download and how should configure it?

Has anyone encountered horribly slow torrent speeds lately?
My uTorrent 1.8.2 can't even seed.

I'm using 1.9 alpha with uTP enabled. With a fair amount of seeds+leechers, I can easily shoot up and linger around 50-60kbp/s.. easier if at night.

Not when you're running under uTP being enabled. At the mean time, the ISPs in Malaysia hasn't found a way to counter uTP yet. Don't belief, try it out. Don't like it, revert back. Very simple.

it's for seeding/sharing your files using your own tracker (private tracking)
won't speed up your download

I'd been using Utorrent 1.9 Beta for a year. Seems to be giving me decent speeds. Some torrents with good seeders I can get almost max speed.

Can I upgrade and still have all my torrents in the Queue ? Meaning, no need to put back all the torrents in the client ?
Kindly advice, thank you
