When they say HK, does it include China stocks listed in HK, i.e. H-shares?

Could be: HSI and HSi-H

Its top holding is IND & COMM BK OF CHINA-H with 2.91%

KUALA LUMPUR: Fund managers are still placing their bets on the ringgit in view of the healthy Malaysian economy and despite the currency having depreciated by 7.07 points thus far, this year. Kenanga Investors Bhd Chief Investment Officer Lee Sook Yee said the economic fundamentals, by all international standards, remained strong with low fiscal deficit, manageable debt level and strong foreign reserves.

I see Eastpring Investment Asia Pacific Shariah Equity Fund the top performer for the last month. It's spiked up in June. What's the reason ? Is it sustainable ?

That's still a mystery. That day got one day of NAV jump for > 10%.

Since it's more than 2 weeks, guess that there's no technical error of NAV posting.

The Eastspring Investments Asia Pacific Shariah Equity Fund recently experienced a spike on 15 June 2015, surging by 15% in a day!
The significant increase in the fund’s NAV is due to the gain from one of the trading positions that the investment team took, and not of a NAV error.
At this juncture, the FH could not provide extra information on it due to their information sensitivity policy.

Nevertheless, information might be available on this issue with the release of the fund’s semi-annual report somewhere around September/October.
Will update you accordingly once we are able to get a hold of it.

Might be they undo a previous error and so now for a political neutral answer, they just say bla bla .....

"IF" they can do that...(Keeping the gains) and releasing it later.....
then they can also slowly releasing it (if there is)....then their performance records can be "controlled"....

Nevertheless those who invested in it must be happy like anything. Maybe switch fund or cash out ....

or buy or hold with the thought of possible "added bonus" from the repeat or continue of repetition of "the gain from one of the trading positions that the investment team took".
