QUOTE(aceedburn @ Jul 6 2020, 09:50 AM) Yes, freeview is back up. But you need to make a small donation to use the EPG. I happily donated. This is the best iptv playlist for local channels. Yeah, it's the best for local channels. It really helps me to remove my extra dvbt2 box with antenna to watch local channels, otherwise I need to keep changing the hdmi input to watch local channels. Now, my mibox is complete

QUOTE(fizrierahaman @ Jun 24 2020, 01:34 PM) Besides using KODI to watch live TV, you can also install TVirl from Google Playstore TV and insert the playlist and epg url there. TVirl will integrate with Google Live Channel apps pre-installed in MiBox S and you can use the 'Live' button on the remote to watch live TV. The downside is you need to reload the playlist/epg every 3/4 days so that it will get the latest epg guide for you. The auto-reload function in TVirl is a paid function. If you malas to manually reload you can pay for the function. Me i just reload every 3 or 4 days. not a big deal You can also use the playlist url contained from below website for playlist/epg for Malaysia TV https://github.com/freeview/iptv/blob/master/README.MDHappy Streaming Freeview playlist has a new page in GitHub (link below). In there the developer explains the reason for the deletion of the playlist previously (in donation page), list of channels available, future planning etc. By far the best/reliable playlist to watch Malaysia live tv without the need to install DVBT2 box and UHF Antenna https://freeview.github.io/iptv/

https://9to5google.com/2020/07/08/xiaomi-mi...official-store/Now, though, the Mi TV Stick has leaked on one of Xiaomi’s own websites, and specifically, on the company’s online store in Portugal. There, the company lists the product as “coming soon” and offers up a couple of images of the product and confirms some details, too. There’s mention of Android TV Pie, Netflix and Prime Video support, and Dolby + DTS, too. Notably, too, this is the 1080p model which, in this listing, is confirmed to have 1GB RAM/8GB storage, use microUSB for power, and utilize a quad-core CPU. Overpriced and underspec Attached thumbnail(s)

It’s the best for this playlist. And the only one that incorporates the channels in the live channels feature. Just hit the live channels button and you’re in. No need to open an app. This post has been edited by aceedburn: Jul 10 2020, 09:19 PM

QUOTE(gaman @ Jul 6 2020, 08:01 AM) My sole purpose is watching YouTube. Is Mi Box good for watching YouTube 4K contents? Any lag or drop out from its wifi connection while watching YouTube 4K contents? If not then any other box good for YouTube 4K contents with LAN connection? Thanks. TX3 for under $140

For me, I prefer the native Live Channels user interface with tvirl because it's so simple and easy to use. Tivimate is good too and can do so much more advance feature, but it will require to unlock premium.

Thanks bro! Works really nice with TVirl. I like how clean the playlist is and how Tvirl is working nicely with Google Live Channel.

I'm also delightfully donated as a token of appreciation to them. And, whoa.. a lot of free sports channels they're giving as well

Getting Started

|
Anyone have this weird thing going on.. Or tell me what is happening.. My Mi box S is pulling way higher speed via wifi than it should. My TP-Link TL-WR840N should only have 300Mbps speed. (It should be getting more than that - test with my laptop connecting the WAN cable is ~500Mbps) But my Mi Box S is pulling crazy speeds. Whereas my laptop is only getting 10% of what the Mibox S is getting. Anyone can explain what is happening ? Or at least how to increase my laptop/hp/device speed like the Mibox S.
