anyone here faced issue where youtube sometimes freezes during steaming...?

happened to me few times and i had to reboot the mibox international to get it working normal again

mine got freeze too when starting to watch the first video, have to backout using the remote.

same here...

i am trying to click and see where to completely stop the youtube app, but can only "force stop" under the setting...

Also experienced the similar thing with youtube freezing when I fast forward a video. Had to reboot mibox by switching off the power to get it running again.

all u guys running on Oreo or Marshmallow?

mine still on 6.0.1...don't dare to take risk updating the fw now

running on original 6.0.1. just got it less than a week. seal-box untouched

look like the 6.0.1 have some issue with youtube, they fix it on several update while still on Android 6. i think if u guys update now will directly get Oreo.
im on Oreo and dont face any issue.

Apps i currently have , installed myself
1. Vudu
2. Movies Anywhere
3. NBC
4. AMC
5. Fandango Now (failed to play UHD) only HD
6. etc...

i've been following this thread and it sounds like Oreo still have some issues...minor ones ?

and btw...my youtube hangs/freezes....not stuttering...totally can't continue

yup minor issue..but i don't know, i don't feel any issue with Oreo like wifi disconnection (some say already fixed on latest Oreo update)

mi box support 4k. if i connect to normal led tv. what the picture quality will be? any link or article explaining this?

Anyone successful running Astro OTG on their Mibox3 Int version?

I managed to sideload the latest APK, but when loading it's show the menu sideway, then just quit by itself

am using latest android TV 8

and also how you pin the sideloaded apps that's not in the playstore into the main menu? make it more easy accessible compared to access them from App in the setting menu?

Download sideload launcher. It will display all installed apps on the mibox in one handy app.

anyone successfully install Astro apps?

Been watching Story of Yanxi Palace almost all episodes on Astro Go app via the Mi Box.

No problem whatsoever. You need a mouse/Air remote to navigate through the UI though.

How I wish Astro will make an Android TV-friendly interface in the future. There's so much potential (legal football streaming, Asian dramas etc)

Can anyone install and play unifi tv in oreo?
I can install but it stuck at loading the first page b4 singing in.

if u have external storage formatted as internal storage then check if the app is install on internal or shared storage..
if it is on shared storage then move it to internal storage..
