Im nt a fan of the edge. At least nt for the price. Simple note wil do hope more changes on tw looks too.

hi guys, may i know our malaysia note 4 is snapdragon 805 variant or exynos variants?
worry about future proof of lollipop as 64bit os only capable on exynos version.
thinking to get note 4 now since s6 dont have micro sd slot.

The gold colour is some sort of thin coating only. Below the coat is black where same like note 4 black when all the gold behind fade off then my phone become Gold Black Hybrid haha.

samsung will unlikely unlock the 64bit to maintain the similar performance between the snapdragon and exynos version.

After using Note 4 for a couple of month, realized the boot up speed become better for 5.0 Lollipop as compare with 4.4.4 Kit Kat. Even with Power Saving mode, the benchmark result is good.

Ok, so i took the dive and bought the Note 4 last week. Black color. First time using a Samsung. Love the Screen Size, S Pen, Multi Window and the AMOLED Display. Using a minimalist thin back cover, Nillkin Frosted Shield Case. Took out the Tempered Glass Protector sold by the phone Vendor cause it has the halo effect which is a no-no to me. Do not like the TouchWiz Homescreen at all. So i installed Nova Launcher which is great now. Except that one big dissappointment ie. Using Nova Launcher does not allow me to pin an open Action Memo on homescreen. That's a good S Pen function down the drain. Overall, it is a great phone and has taken over my Oneplus One as my daily driver. I bet the Note 5 will be even better but will cost an arm and a leg.

Edit: Bettery last me from wakeup at 7am to bedtime 10pm with about 20% to spare. Considered not bad but cannot use it for 2 days without charging. My 1+1 can use for 2 days.

just realized something. i only get problem with waze when it is in protrait mode. when in landscape mode is ok

I would rate Note4 battery life is better than One+One
I had used both before. Just give it a few more days after several baytery charges

Mine also like that. Good thing is i dont waze much.

I second this. Landscape mode do make things a lot better for viewing and if change back to portrait mode, it stays that way too. Just gotta switch to landscade mode whenever you see glitches on portrait mode and theyll be fixed.

Actually been wanting to ask. What is SOT?
You guys mentioned battery life SOT.

My battery life can last me more than 12 hours averagely. I leave the house 7am fully charged. Then daily usage include mild Facebook, mild surfing, heavy what'sapp, minor calls. Get back home 8pm with 30-40% to spare. Is that OK? Or can I get battery if I factory reset? I upgraded to lollipop, but didn't do any factory reset after upgrade. Just continue use only.
