I would say saying Note 4 is a " struggling product" is an overkill statement !
I was using ip6+ same time as Note 4 and personally I has never like ip6+ ( worse I paid RM3.8K for it than !! - simply unbelievable crazy premium price than !!) and gave it away after a month of usage. I had explained why so many times why I don't like the ip6+ as it just fails to meet my needs. I won't elaborate further on ip6+ disadvantages here

I had been successful 6x out of 6x claiming free warranty from Samsung on rooted phones in past 8 years. Maybe I am lucky??

I am a gadget freak. Is my expensive hobby buying latest phones n gadgets to test out. I had been doing this past 8 years. Most phones barely last more than 3 months with me. I often sell them off n upgrade to latest available units. However more selective past 2 years n will not buy any less than 5 inch display. For personal use I always prefer minimum 5.5 inch to 6 inch. I bought this S6 Edge mainly for my missus use.

Different person had different usage. My best is not necessary is other best.
Presently my personal phone is HW Mate7 n is my " best"vs previous Nexus6, LG G Pro2, Note4, One+One, HTC Max, HTC M7 , Xperia Z, Z Ultra , Nokia 1520 , ip6+, tc etc

How I wish it was so !
I am a retired old guy ...quit corporate world at age 52 n now nearing 60 years old. I buy gadgets past 8 years to test as a passing time hobby only

I don't know why some of you guys had signal problems with your Note4. I had never any such issues on my ex Note4 or any of my present or past Android phones on Celcom postpaid or Maxis postpaid. LTE is always excellent especially for Celcom. My place small town only and only Digi I'd say is bad ( missus using that) especially for 3G as LTE non existent at all. You should compare with other chaps in your area using same phone to isolate potential hardware issues with the phone ??

Huawei phones ( had used Mate 6.1, X1 and now Mate7) has the best signal and LTE signals to date amongst ALL the phones I had used. Just cannot compare. HW is so well known for its tech on this

Sadly the HuaWei brand is always grossly under rated by many. It could be it is China branded and fully made in China with its own in house chip. Users always look down on its chipset vs SnapDragon, Intel etc. I always say to doubtful users , just buy one and you will not regret vs the more expensive Sony, HTC, Samsung or even LG
The only major issue with HW phones is its slower firmware updates and lack of custom roms. But than again its firmware is already very stable, and bug/problem free and even subsequent update I hardly notice any significant differences. I update it just for the sake of updating to have the latest only. Very highly recommended brand for the common user not interested in firmware/roms/kernels stuff

Sorry I could be a noob on this?? What exactly is memory leak n how do one detect it. In my last few years since JB I had never even bother to check ram status. These days ram 2-3 gb already n shouldn't be any issue anymore - right???

It doesnt at all. User just mentioned his result of such memory leak . And is it really??? What is it exactly. I had asked before this in other threads n no one answered me n yet I hear of such issues. If one knows what this is really I hope to hear a simple explanation. Is more of guessing I would say based on most user comments on such a problem

Most reviews shows Exynos is a better chip n better battery control vs SD. If they advertised as such what do you expect. Just feedback to LAZADA if the 3rd party cheat you which is unheard of to date

Go n download the firmware from sammobile.com
Use Odin in PC n select the firmware tar file as PDA. Leave rest of settings as default. Select start n firmware will b flashed within a minute

Both you can use in Malaysia safely. My son set in Spore ( SD) can be used without any issues in Malaysia. Only difference is possibly in performance and battery life

No. If you try to record in 2K resolution n above there is a time limit, I think is within 5 mins max only. All phones video recording in such a high resolution faces same limit as the file size gets too big in GB proportion!

I am on Celcom postpaid and 10-20 + Mbps is common for me at my place. I hit these download speeds on all my ex n current LTE phones

I have no issues with Waze on lollipop on my ex Nexus6 n current XZU ( custom lollipop ROM) n S6 Edge. I think the app issue affects certain phones only. Being a free app it would take time for developer to address any issues affecting any other phones. And are they even looking into it is everybody guess!!

S6 edge used by missus n she will use it until she get fed up n seriously it will be a long long time ....in years most probably !! . She is unlike me a completely non tech lady . She had been using her ancient Nokia more than 12 years b4 using the LG phone ( 2+ years) n noe S6 Edge. Her LG display cracked when drop onto tar road n this forces her to change phone only
