A nice product, maybe good for apartment or high rise area. When the last time someone press door bell in landed?

Believe bro idoblu's new pad can use this product so should be ok. Besides I didn't see any mention of the said product to be weather-proof for landed property. Wouldn't be suitable for landed property owners in m'sia

It is waterproof. But abit fragile for thieft proof.

Only time will tell, especially with our hot sun.

High rise - usually the guards already intercom you ahead and the only neighbors that will ring your doorbell will be those on the same floor. Other floors occupants can't even get to your floor nowadays

Anyway I kinda hate doorbells. I disconnected mine when I was staying at a condo. Actually I'm looking for a programmable door chime. I want to put Star Trek wav files in it 😁

Not all apartment and condo have direct paging, only newer build up.

My house hardly anyone press, I have to once a while press to make sure is still functioning

There are some newer design can use wave file. But not loud enough. Still prefer the "dong" or "ding dong" sound. Louder and crispy sound.

Looks cool and useful.
Can consider to get one if not costly.

If you see cleary, it is not difficult to reno. Most of the furniture is already have in local here. Those light are LED. And the shape can settle with the carpenter.
