Oh you did better than me ...
I put Lamp 1 and Lamp 2 also cannot. I try one word - Red and Blue, also cannot. If I put Lamp, it works better but not consistent

I got two Sonoff btw...

Weird thing is my Lifx works better. So where is the problem? My pronunciation or Ewelink or Reverb?

Your voice must be too sexy la. tongue.gif

Ewelink link to Alexa is just launch this month. Still many thing to fine tune.

DB never look nice ba  biggrin.gif . Anyhow, it is covered, so aesthetic shouldn't be an issue to me.
Thanks for the info.

Hi guys, anyone still using SmartThings?

I'm planning to order one from amazon. Seems like it has the highest ratings and many supports from open source community.

am using it for Schlage Connect alone.

yes, smartthings is awesome, it can almost integrate all IoT devices, so far I have successfully integrated

1. z-wave devices (GoControl motion sesnors, contact sensors, dimmer, switches)
2. zigbee devices (xiaomi motion sensors, contact sensors)
3. IP camera (foscam C1 cameras)
4. Broadlink devices (RM2, blackbean, TC2) to control aircond, lights, TV, projectors, media player
5. sonoff wifi switches devices
6. Yamaha receivers
7. Amozon Echo Dot (using echosistant to voice control all smartthings devices)
8. VLC media player for voice notification

Do you have any compatible 1/2/3 gang wifi switch that's paired with smartthings?

No, I don't have. anyway, you can use broadlink TC1/TC2 RF switch to control lights, it doesn't need neutral line, it is best for direct replacement of current switch

Thanks for the info. But I heard there is Z-wave frequency compatibility. How does that works?

If I buy Z-wave product (Schlage Connect) from US, my SmartThings has to be from US too?

Your TC2 switch still working so far?
I'm worried it might break down too soon, like my friend who bought one
Then I also read that the capacity is only 200W
Do you think using ceiling lights/fan utiize more than that?

Also, about using echo (alexa) with the following devices
For broadlink rm pro do you just set it up to connect directly to smartthings or need android device as hub?
Same question for the sonoff, do you install the skill on alexa app or connect directly to smartthings?

Yes, you need to get same frequency controller, which is smartthings from U.S. I'm currently using U.S frequency as it has more selection for z-wave devices

I only use it to control lights which is less than 200W, it has been running for 4 months and so far so good.

For broadlink integration, you need RM bridge Android app to bridge broadlink to smartthings, I run the RM bridge app in the andorid VM in my ubuntu NAS server.
As for sonoff, there is a guy who write the smartthings device type handler so that smartthings can directly control sonoff, but the sonoff need to flash with customized firmware.

Cons for the broadlink TC switches are one way communication switches, meaning that if someone physically switch on or off the switches the software cannot reflect the actual status. So the status will run off.....

You can check the size.

Than open your DB and you know it can fit or not.

The sonoff shape is not DB friendly.

So far ok. Rain and hot (in the roof) doesn't spoil it so far.

Sometime morning I off the main switch. Old habit die hard.

But run back normal and timer are accurate on/off.

Nothing much thing to play around.
