You want to install behind the tv? But if too short or too long how ?
Actually my initial intention was to put it inside my light box (pics later) which currently is lit with 4 E14 led bulbs. My E14 led bulbs are non RGB, that’s why I backside itchy want to use some RGB bulbs to change color. But the strip lights are not bright enough so I decided to use them on my tv bench instead. I bought two yeelight strips but only one arrived so I installed them on half my tv bench. The other one will be use on the other half later on.
If too long can cut. If too short then you are out of luck. My tv bench comes in two sections and each section is exactly 2m so it works out perfectly

My tv cabinet installer told me, most of the people will not on the light after sometime. Or spoil and won't border it. I don't no why.
So I DIY it. Brought 2roll 3m each. No fancy rgb. Stick behind the panel, direct link to the AV main switch. Every time on the switch, the light will ON together.
Sticking at corner is difficult if the tape is not strong. It will peel out and become radius.
Solder joint have to carefull. The copper strip is thin and easy break.
