most of residence condo got their own bahasa melayu name , it will show in address there .

for nidoz , it named as Residensi Bayan already sounds quite ok , some others project their bm name even worst .

for my working area here name as Plaza Usahawan , but selling as plaza Crystalville .

Front entrance : Jalan 2/125

Back entrance (small gate , i think maybe is for walking only) : Jalan 39 , infront SJKC Salak South

Take up rate around 85% now

meanwhile how they 'throw price'
- reduce layout size
- bare unit giving (ak project mostly bare unit)
- leaser facilities


RM550 psf , hardly to get now in market for a hi-end condo . (those furnished at least worth almost RM40 psf)
ceiling price or not , it's judge by surrounding major project ,
if bandar malaysia / mrt 2 fail , nidoz will fail
that's it smile.gif


but people/buyer here thinking the other way round cool2.gif
