probably most of project developer trying to 'throw price' to match Aset kayamas's market
meanwhile how they 'throw price'
- reduce layout size
- bare unit giving (ak project mostly bare unit)
- leaser facilities
RM550 psf , hardly to get now in market for a hi-end condo . (those furnished at least worth almost RM40 psf)
ceiling price or not , it's judge by surrounding major project ,
if bandar malaysia / mrt 2 fail , nidoz will fail
that's it
but people/buyer here thinking the other way round
