my friend Leyuan residence (human made beach swimming pool)
also pack with china group / travel van every weekend .

now their JMB also can't stop those owner who doing airbnb .

but still

there's some investor doesnt wanna stay there & rent their unit to foreigner or start their airbnb business

meanwhile their iconic facilities - Beach Poolside attract alot foreigner especially tourist from china

so on weekend u could see alot of china travel van enter their lobby

same things if goes to nidoz
1300++ unit of nidoz . for sure 70% above is for own stay
but still for those who buy it as investment , they could rent it and start their own airbnb business as we got 2 x infinity sky pool as selling point

furthermore after 10 years if let's say Bandar Malaysia is success & there's alot china cooperation over there....

don't forget Alibaba Jack Ma could set their SEA country HQ over bandar malaysia

i went petalz . for me everythings is good . maybe i dont look it as im petalz owner , btw my friend bought a unit there , everythings just above average while compare to surrounding development for me .
