My fear is that there will be so many cars parked on the sides of the roads..considering now will have D'Nuri and Nidoz. Some of the buyers with low civic conciousness will just simply park their cars all over the access road and make it even narrower. Even now the nearby condos can see cars parked all over the roads..the prob is usually one unit get 1-2 carpark only..nowadays household ..each have 3-4 cars (assuming all children got). All these illegally parked cars should be clamped and impounded..like in Singapore

Within KL vicinity it is hard to find units with 1400sqft.

However, the layout is not so good, wasted a lot of space in corridors. Hence you will not have the 1400sqft feel

Ya, the 4+1 layout more pratical & no so much space wasted (unless one hack & rearrange the middle room  for the 1400+ layout) !

by the way, just curious how many chosen the extra plantar box and / or the extra balcony !

Quite waste to break the Room 14 wall, the room is quite big.

Definitely will break 10 & 15 so that there will be 2 master room with attached toilet, another 2 room for normal use.

All in all 4 rooms.

Maybe can also consider break the Room 14 wall and replace it with a glass wall and make it a study room, so that it looks more spacious.

Yes, you are right. 1400sf fit in 5 rooms like a nest for pigeons.

Agree with you..the original master bedroom with nice view is toooo small !!! So I am also thinking of joining 10 and 15 and make it my main masterbedroom..the only prob is the view is corridor..

Placement of the bed and furniture inside will be challenging also, cuz the door is at very odd position.

I like Nidoz, but just the Layout a bit weird, hard to re-arrange and plan LOL

Hi, why hack here hack there ! if hack the wrong place, one need to considered the pre-installed air-con piping etc. or affecting the pre-installed hot & cold water facilities to bathroom!

Exsim design has been :-

(1) optimized for Owner / own stay , family .
(2)  to minimize renovation required, otherwise may cause lots of issues such as water leaking , damaged internal piping etc (to your unit as well as units around yours)

anyway, when one sleep, the max you only occupy a King or Queen size bed area !

just like if u buy a sedan car, max sitting is around 4 (for comfortable) & you can squeeze another 2 for short distance if needs arise occasionally!
Otherwise, get a 7 seater MPV or may be a VAN or BUS !

Meaning, want more space here & there, buy landed property - just a suggestion - no offense !
