hmm I also like the affiniti design and seem bigger too but choose Jia due to lesser stair to climb and from the renovation/furnishing perspective it is easier and will cost lesser i think due to the squarish design of it. And the finishing look better too but not sure for the actual unit.

Disclaimer : I just kepochi..not a buyer. Layout of Jia is more practical than Affinity which you have climb lots like naik paradise everyday
