Got a unit there too. Major concern for me is the high maintenance fee but hope in return with better living environment. One of problem for intermediate unit is lack of sunlight as there is no window.

Maintenance fee stand at 22 cents for the first two years and only will revise after the setup of committee and agreement among the residents. Ya i mean the living area in between the bedrooms as there is no window for the intermediate unit.

hmm I also like the affiniti design and seem bigger too but choose Jia due to lesser stair to climb and from the renovation/furnishing perspective it is easier and will cost lesser i think due to the squarish design of it. And the finishing look better too but not sure for the actual unit.

Not mention in the SPA. I'm not sure about the wall but most likely is a concrete wall.

I believe all are fully booked now, you can try add to waiting list and hope some got loan rejected or buyer cancellation. a lot of agents out there and I think each of them just can hold a few units and if not able to sign SPA then have to let it out to other agents. So you can try to ask as many agents as possible from FB ad there.

Hi, is not a refundable deposit instead of 7% and 3% split into first and second payment. So the second payment you have to pay 7% and developer will pay the 3%.

like this bro, first payment after signed SPA (7% developer 3% you) and 2nd payment for phase 2a (3% developer 7% you). So add up the developer had give you a 10% rebate.
