According to SA, selection of units for phase 2 will be opened on 15 Jan 23, official launch probably after cny. of course you will need to have loan ready to lock unit. Loan application can be done now based on phase 2 price (which believe to be 10% higher compared to phase 1 price).

i just came back driving around the area at night. Tried the new road all the way until Kingsgate private school. The road is filled with car park at the side which can be quite congested in the future

I believe all are fully booked now, you can try add to waiting list and hope some got loan rejected or buyer cancellation. a lot of agents out there and I think each of them just can hold a few units and if not able to sign SPA then have to let it out to other agents. So you can try to ask as many agents as possible from FB ad there.
