Sadly with today news on the restructuring of phone division in Microsoft, haters gonna use this as reason why they shouldn't bother with Windows app development. But honestly I was hoping Microsoft will clamp down on the crazy number of phones they release also in a year, way too many, so many like not much distinct differences from one another in the low to medium end till confused ppl.

QUOTE(fantasy1989 @ Jul 7 2015, 02:12 PM)
because they havent really try out the xaramin yet

and xaramin native API framework only covered quite basic stuff and it's not full range

for simple apps maybe can use this ..but for complex application i believe xaramin still need to pay more effort on it
*
Ya, Xaramin that was shown in BUILD was basic stuff, they still working on it. By the time Windows 10 for mobile ships it should be much better. Unfortunately not sure if anyone gonna be interested anymore by then after today news.

After trying Windows 10 Mobile for 2 weeks on my back up phone (L1520), decided it was too buggy.

Rolled back to WP8.1 and sadly the trick to update to wp8.1.2 is no longer working.

I guess have to wait for the official update
*
I have W10 running on my L535, pretty stable this build but ya, don't use it as daily driver. Yes the trick to update to WP8.1 Update 2 is gone, this is because of ppl being idiots complaining bout not able to get W10 when they enroll in Windows Insider. So Microsoft decided to skip that prerequisite in the latest W10 build.

Sorry bro. Did anything happen to it before that? drops or something? Users have had that issue when keep in pocket and pressure is excreted causing it to bend. I dont think youll want to do an outside repair. It may be shoddy and Ive heard that updates can cause non original digitizers to stop working.

When did you get it?
Malaysian set?
When did warranty end?

Pm if you feel that it should be discussed privately.

Currently I'm using 8.1 update 2. And now "phone update" show new update available.
Is that means once after this update, it will bring me to win10 preview version?

I also believed because of keeping it in front pocket..been asking around to get the lcd/digitizers replacements..its frustrating even when answering calls or reading emails.

No drop as the body still in good condition.

March 2014
Bought at directD subang
Warranty ended march 2015..i assume 1 year..

pm me if you have any outlets that can replace the lcd/digitizers..thanks man!

Try having a chat via the internet live chat or Talk with Microsoft support from its page for your Lumia.

My warranty ended long ago but they gave me FOC repairs out of goodwill.

Nope, i dont have any recommendations and am not endorsed by anyone.

All the best.
