Just wanna ask, have any of you guys sent your 1520 for warranty to fix the 'phantom touch' issue? If yes, how did it go?

I m now using Celcom First38 plan. I set the phone data highest LTE but only get E only. But if change to 3G, it can go up to H+. Wonder if anyone have this issue? This is phone problem or Celcom problem? Ask the customer services, they don't know what to answer me.
