Get the normal terrace house if it's still available. For Pr1ma I don't think still have chance, they already close the registration long time ago and there is long reserve list! They process batch by batch to get successful applicants to choose the unit and sign SPA. If anyone dropped out, then the next batch in reserve list being called in. The process cycle goes on and on until all units sold.

I think it will take quite a while to get 100% signed SPA.

There's Phase 2 for pr1ma in Laman View...not sure when they will launch. If you are qualified then register with pr1ma once they open for registration.

You can't purchase direct from developer, all needs to be processed through pr1ma.

Phase 2 will be open on the 2nd half 2016 (I heard from the developer staff).

Got a letter from developer yesterday that I can proceed to sign the snp before 3rd november

You are primary batch right? I think soon you will receive your letter too. Ya will need to squeeze a weekday n go. If you can't sign before 3 november, then your offer will be lapsed automatically.

This is because i am not around kl on first week November.

just call to the solicitors firm and ask, they told me they haven't ready yet for those document to sign even i received the letter already. Once document ready, they will arrange the sign date at laman view cyberjaya showcase there and call me.

I would like to ask you.. The letter only mentioned need to 10 percentage right? My letter only mentioned like this.
Do you need to pay extra like lawyer fee? My lawyer fee included in the loan.

Hey guys. how long it takes for your loan to be approved by bank? And how you know your number? I am from the reserved list btw.

Hi and morning, banker will contact you after 5 working days (processing). The number is follow the ballot result list.

my banker call me just now
she haven't yet pass my doc to lawyer firm because the firm din pass up all the doc that bank requires
so i think i won't sign the snp this few days～～
