I think you should be taken conventional loan. This is because there only have two type of loan.

ya you need to be patient, last time i submit document it's took about 2 weeks to get feedback.

From my perspective, I would like to recommend is block B. This is because block B design will more nice than block A. And it will be higher and no building will block the view (level 8 and above)

I got through PR1MA too. Which floor do you guys take? I'm thinking of taking the top floor. Any comments on that? My unit selection is this coming Friday (2nd batch)

actually i'm took the top floor too but somehow some of my friend told me scare the roof will leak or what.

I took middle floor. I think the middle floor not applicable. I more prefer quite place.
The staff told me that NE or SE direction (Sun rise) will more better because we can dry shirt in the morning.

Ya, I'm also scared roof could leak 5-6 years down the road. Still can't sell by then. I've never live in a high rise before, so would just want to know what it's like living on top floor.

Regarding which face unit, I can only choose the one with evening sun side.

Quite a number of buyer loan approve but they haven't proceed with signing snp only, they think of want proceed or let go.

I believe will not so fast to sign SNP. I called the lawyer and they said the developer has not send them the document, so they cannot proceed.

i guess the developer wait for the reserve list and process together.
