really? The operator just keep explaining the reverse charge is not a settlement. He is hesitate to do more for me.

I called again just now after saw your comment. Another guy pick up and he told me will reverse out the finance charge in 2 working days.
I'm not purposely not paying the statement amount because I treated the reverse charge as a settlement. Hence I'm innocent and shouldn't subject to penalisation by the bank.

Everything use Amex.

Unless the place don't accept, then only use Visa.
