Only Spore got such rule that must call the bank before use at overseas.

or you can do it via m2u. recently they added the feature where we can modify the oversea flag from there.

Calling the CS is to let them know where you are, this is just to prevent fraud cases.
Indeed you no need to call, but when something happens, you will in trouble

Hi anyone here experienced purchasing goods from groupon and when you proceed with the payment, you don't need to enter the MSOS/TAC code.

I just made a payment with AMEX and it straight inform me purchase has been made.

No receipt or acknowledgement in my email or groupon account.

Is it normal?

Absence of MSOS or SMS/TPIN, or whatever you call it, it's incidental, I've encountered that personally.

but payment without receipt or acknowledgment, that is NOT NORMAL

guys the first time you log into m2u, when you choose to have online statement, means you can only view your statements online right?

They won't mail you the printed statement (bill) anymore.

groupon doesn't need MSOS/TAC during checkout...

you can check your coupons again in my account > my orders..
sometime the email delay abit..
