Yup previous campaign rm100 is used to offset the gov tax.
But now no more gst charged, so they wouldn't free rm100 cb anymore..
So is same, before and after gst, u also no need to pay..

Had the same problem when I got my m2card last year. .
Signed up m2u account using MC.. but amex didnt appear. .
went to branch and called different CS few times but nothing progressed..
I finally gave up and decided to open saving account ..
Signed up m2u using saving account and all the cards except MC automatically linked. .

You can IBG from other bank account of yours.

if you opt for combine statement for supp card, then you can directly pay to principal only..
save you 2 ibg fees..

then make a payment to principal is enough..
you can check in m2u, you cannot pay seperately for supp card..

They won't mail you the printed statement (bill) anymore.

Even an ikan bilis like me already owns 7 cards, those veterans here own twice of mine.  

you can use those spending tracker app to keep track it..I am using chinese wacai which will prompt out notification.
another ways is jot down it somewhere such as put it as tasks in ms outlook, repeat it monthly and remind you lor..After paid, then mark complete, else it will keep prompting out.

Just my ways of tracking my 5 card cc with diff statement date...
Opss..another ways is change all the statement date to 1 same day...but I didnt change it..

erm, u can change all those date to a date u wan.
i got too many cards so i change mine to a date before my salary
