I just get my mbb2 cards today...however,I MBB issue me a visa card with amex,but I thought it come with MasterCard?

usually mastercard by default, visa by request. but once in a while they will issue visa

visa and mastercard are synonymous to each other . they are part of EMV

I've been using visa since day 1 using credit card. never gotten MasterCard

no issues using visa at all. furthermore, it's easier to type and pronounce

Is it possible for me to have a maybank2u account to view my statement, since I dun have saving account in maybank...I was told by banker that I need to have an saving account in order to have maybank2u...but I saw a threat said that it doesn't need...anyone can share?

You have to look under M2U history.

you can't get receipt if you use scheduled payment function. that's also one of the reason i manually pay on weekends all the while.and that caused me to lose 2 months cb due to my wife's mistake. lol...

when i went collect my cards the other day, i asked the staff how do i transfer my debit card treatpoints to my CC points. she said auto combine one. but then i checked, still separated. any way i could do it online? or gotta call the CS hotline?

Next time redeem vouchers at Maybankard center by using ur debit card. They will deduct from that card first before your CCs.

I tried doing this at Metrojaya but their system deducted from my CC first though.

I have two accounts and one of them is the i-Savers account which has more money and I selected from that account.
Talking about it, some of the ATMs don't recognize my i-Savers account, so I usually while q-ing only use Maybank app to transfer from Savers account to my Wadiah account.

It was my first time using iPad Maybank app, usually use its website or Android Maybank app, so far no issue.

But I don't have a husband yet.

Plan your budget well. Simple as that. Now each month I only take out rm1000-3000 from ATM, so whenever my salary is in, I'll pay my card's outstanding amount first, water and Indah Water bill then balance will be on FD's account.
And by 3rd day, my savings account will be at rm5 again
Also, I'm making sure I have at least 1 FD will be matured every month, this is to make I have enough money to use in case of sheet happens.
In the event of money not enough, I'll cash out my groceries.
That's why I dare to "lost" my job for 2 months

Er... Not about my budget. I can be jobless for 6 months or more and my savings is still enough, I think you are missing the point here.
But thanks for your suggestion, I certainly do not want my fund to have only RM 5 and not easy for me to withdraw when I travel to overseas.

And savers account's interest is not too bad which is paid on monthly basis.

Well, when you are at overseas, can always make full use of the AMEX
Your travelling date will be known in advance, so plan accordingly

yes u can..but u need to request ur 1st time pin log in at the counter.. bare in mind that u will have 2 separate acc for visa and amex..acc can only be link if u have a saving acc in maybank

Just saw my platinum card showing in maybank2u, 4 working days to upgrade. Are they gonna transfer my existing treat points from Gold to Platinum? And outstanding balance as well.
