funny thing is when in pangkor island, u mobile speed is much higher faster than hotlink ...

Does the postpaid plan especially the U28 plan has contract for 24 months or no contract ?

Hello guys. Im totally new here so I don't know where to post. Sorry anyway. Ok. Im new to u mobile too.I wanted to ask u all that my line bar is full and sometimes no line(seldom). But I cant received or call anyone. I can msg sometimes when there is line.Is there anything should I do.im using Sony Xperia z2. Umobile RM70 package.

well U Mobile and Hotlink(Maxis) are two different telcos, unless you're saying that U Mobile's 2g(or 3g in certain areas) is faster than #hotlink laugh.gif

or is it?

you should get a sim to test it out first before subscribing, it applies to all telco. Maxis supports fast dormancy(goes to 3G when you don't data, and change to H+ when you start to surf, then back to 3g when the phone is idle) while U Mobile doesn't that's why you will feel that U Mobile uses more battery.

Not considering Celcom? laugh.gif DiGi is somewhat poor at certain places laugh.gif

can't received / call anyone is abnormal, especially when Full bar

1. put in slot 1 if dual sim phone
2. exchange a new usim @ center
3. call customer service to reset ur line due to poor services

hope these are helping.

when i was in pangkor a while ago, i am using hotlink while both my friend is using u mobile.. all 3 of us is under H+.. my hotlink can't hardly upload photo or video to fb while them two u mobile done it all in very fast time,..

U Mobile's 3g and above are provided by themselves(with the exception of certain areas where it is covered by Maxis), but for your case since your hotlink is not moving at all so I guess that Pangkor is covered by U Mobile 3g instead of Maxis 3g and so the difference in speed laugh.gif

They say accepted n asked me to switch sim when current sim get disabled.

Just notice for uM prepaid they chg the internet quota from "available balance" to "used balance"...

No wonder my wife balance is 200mb
So confuse coz use a little

how to check data usage/balance on U28 postpaid plan?

tried send DATA2 to 28118 didn't work

Hi, is anyone facing this problem:

Someone call you and your phone ring but the caller side got no sound (no ringback tone), just silence.....I still can pick up the call and hear caller voice but the caller side just stay silence. When this happen, caller thought call never went through and need to call again.....

I confirmed is not phone problem, have tried 3 different phones with my sim card. However, this problem is random.....

Check with umobile apps.
However, these few days, Internet connection to umobile server always appear error... Sigh

True, I hate the most, randomly user is asked to type login info. Now I want to pay bill also can't cause I used to use the apps to clear bill with credit card online
