Call customer service number 018-388 1318. The operator is very helpful, but e-billing is only available after two months.

why atm?

just create a Self Care account https://www.u.com.my/selfcare/login

then pay using your credit cards.

Anyone know if there is a difference for the pre paid and post paid coverage in Nilai? I am working in Nilai Square near KFC and I need a working data connection for my work and studies. I have been trying the prepaid but the data is patchy and unstable ... just wondering coz thinking of jumping over to P70 .. currently on surfmore 75

They USED to do that.. back in September this year... AND October last year...
a lot of maxis customer can't port out to other telco for about 20 days - 1 month...
Maxis said they have problem with their MNP system (can't port out.. but other telco user can port in just fine... :| )

But not sure about lately.. Haven't heard any problem for user to port out
(Just make sure they replied the message that Maxis sent.. or their port out will be cancelled)

I port in 3 Maxis numbers (my family) into U Mobile (U28 plan) last month and after about a month, port out again. Somehow, the signal is poor, 3G is slow and LTE rarely available. vmad.gif

This has been a bad experience for my family as they complained that the phone battery drains faster which I supposed is due to the poor reception. rclxub.gif

Now on Digi. rclxms.gif
