If that is the case then I have nothing to worry about then. I was worried about what stated in the FAQ

UMobile have been recognised by Frost & Sullivan as Mobile Data Service Provider 2016

Mobile Data Service Provider 2016

Last year UMobile gave additional 1GB for all their plan to celebrate the same award. Hopefully new offer will come out shortly.

Downloaded Umobile app and tried to create Virtual U-Card. But it say tht I already registered. Wondered if anyone encountered this before? I have not make any registration at all previously.

it means you already have a Bcard. The Bcard is the same as the U Card

no...Bcard is under Berjaya group...you can get points including Caltex but not Shell. Bonus link just works on shell for petrol

Another question:

I just top-up RM10 for the first time using the App with 4 days validity remaining. May I know when will the 1GB free data be available? Will I receive any SMS regarding this? I still have 141MB remaining from the Starter pack. Do I need to get it finished before I could see the 1GB or it does stack together with the starter pack?

Update:
I also realised, upon top-up I have 10 days validity instead of 14 days (10 days from top-tp + 4 days remaining).
Doesn't seem tally with what the website says under Q&A "How FREE High-speed Internet Works"

validity surely base on the day you top up, free high speed internet very easy , as long as u are ACTIVE ( within validity date ) u may enjoy the free data
so for the power pack, u still need to top up 30 monthly to maintain active

most of us encountered the same issue when using the latest version of MyUMobile app, donno why, maybe because of the app's issue.
