Hey guys, question about lights. I google everywhere cannot find the answer. so on the road whenever an M2 passes by during daytime i can see some orange small light at the edge of the headlamps. how come my car dont have? mine when driving can only see the white LED. i thought it's a midspec thing but then i see m2 with gvc also got the yellow lights

Hi guys! Been looking into getting a Used M2 2015 Model

Any tips on what I should be cautious and look thoroughly through?

What's the recommended petrol that I should use for this car? Shell? BHP?

Does anyone feel that the rear quite jumpy while driving through road bump and potholes? can be improved by changing tyre, suspension or absorber?

I changed suspension, slightly more stiffer than stock, it's quite obvious. Less jumpy/spring feel at rear after gone through bumper.
Not sure if anyone sits behind will get sick or not biggrin.gif not recommend if usually got rear passenger

my wife own a mazda 2 2015 sedan (of course i handle the service of the car). Usually for normal service at mazda service centre will cost u between RM200-300 +. Should be a cheaper if you opt for independent workshop.
Major service will definately cost more. However, in the 4 years+ of ownership, i think the expansive part is the absorber replacement which mazda 2 is famous for. last time i paid around close to RM 1k just for rear set replacement at sg besi mazda.

Other than that, fun car to drive with low fuel consumption. mine still average at 5-6 l/100km even after 4 years. aircond is so-so

Hi all... Interested in Mazda 2, but abit confused for the current price. from the Mazda website brochure, rm90k for LED and GVC while rm70k for non LED and GVC. They are selling 2019 latest version or old version?

For the non LED and GVC, is it mean non LED and non GVC?

Why the LED price so expensive and it is approximately rm20k price difference? If I buy the non led option and replace the led headlamp at shop outside, should be much cheaper than I buy the led option right?

If no LED stuff in mid spec, can I install at shop outside, I think this is much cheaper right?

Not just swap LED bulb, it's the whole headlamp. Too difficult to do, you need to source the parts like from kereta potong, or used part from Thailand. Occasionally there's source like this, cost rm3k each side I think.

Just get LED version if you like the LED headlamp looks.

You have to consider, install outside: how the warranty? If accident, you can only claim back halogen headlamp. Risk is there, but yes, definitely will save some $$

Yes, very nice if you are an eco driver, if you zoom2 around then stick to 5W-30.

Those loss ponies returned at low engine rpm, engine is more quiet. Too bad Bermaz don't have the engine oil upgrade option for Shell Helix HX8 0W-20.
