That kinda yield, only AxisREIT and KLCC can get, they got proven track record and history to warrant that kinda low yield.

Return back 90% of capital (excluding interest) say no good acquisition

Hello anyone notice all the Sedenak Tech Park where all the new DATA center will be is under jcorp? Will it be pump into Al salam REIT which is the reit of jcorp. Now under heavy sell off because of KFC
