IMHO this REIT's yield upside not much exciting, gonna be like another AxisREIT, i.e. stable but unexciting. What do u expect when most of the tenants are related parties?

I think best to accumulate or to buy in only when the share price has stabilised. Now still belum steady.

But, if you are not bothered with the variance of few cents, then ok to invest. But obviously, the lower the rate the higher the yield + capital appreciation potential.

The price will only recover when they announce their first dividend..now no one is sure of what kind of dividend they will announce....if is a surprise payout...for sure will go back well above RM1.00.

Actually I'm more comfortable to invest after seeing its actual dividend.

But Johor Corp...with their management of Al-Aqar...I think can be trusted.

In prospectus already indicated expected (gross) yield at IPO price is 6.4%.
