My friends , price of other REITS  mostly  EXPENSIVE @ High   >> around RM 1.50....

AL AQAR RM 1.33 ( UNDER JCORP ) ( before RM 1.41 adjusted after dividen 8.1 % )

SUNREIT RM 1.53

PAVREIT RM 1.55

UOA REIT RM 1.56

HEKTAR REIT RM 1.51

HOW  ?.....so this is the alternative  merely RM 1.25  AS Salam REIT   (price after listing ) ,
the other J CORP REIT  is AL AQAR   ( has hit RM 1.50 ...)

Lo, you cannot use other reit price as a direct compare. You need to check the NAV and also the dividend yield.

First time i see people compare on price basis and not on DY, PE, NAV etc.. lmao why doht u use axis reit as comparison.. lagi terror.

Actually if you are HNWI, the IB will approach you to take up institutional portion.. no need so susah apply for IPO shares.

Only 1 catch, you must purchase in large tranches (>250k, some IB can take less) AND pay 5% extra over retail (Institutional price).

That is why the rich.. gets richer. brows.gif

My fren , soli to say this.... tongue.gif  tongue.gif   Prgghhhhhhhhh...

Bangg your head to the wall  10 X  bcoz you simply wasting the given opportunities  by
the J CORP....!!

JCORP  simply gave preference to us @ retailers by shifting ( reallocate )  the insitutional portion to us .
Those apply were given all , no balloting what so ever....due to this , some can't sleep & even  got impotent  for 2 weeks  before listing.

Those taking this golden opportunity  by locking the  'FREE  ANGPOWS@JACKPOT "  surely in JOVIAL  MOOD whistling.gif  whistling.gif  whistling.gif  now  MINUS  some people like you , BABY  !!

##  Anyway , just pray harder to GOD   >> wishing you luck , my fren ( Mr Gark)  !!

Ah... as expected.. nothing but an unethical promoter... tsk tsk... rolleyes.gif

I thought you say TP very high, very good stock, ask people to buy at open, even compare to other reits at Rm 1.50? Where? Hahahaha. Total failure. Told you its gonna go max 5 to 10 % on opening... tongue.gif

Go ahead and enjoy your ill gotten gains. smile.gif

hey.. sifu sekalian..

wan ask.. if i buy at 1.05 entry.. now drop like shit hit 0.9 -- rugi  0.15 = but i no sell still no lose anything yet right ( just not healthy status)

another way : if i no sell mean i not yet lose/gain anything yet right? aka chinese saying got gamble not yet lose all biggrin.gif

sorry 1st time traders.. kiasu abit tongue.gif
*
Rugi is rugi.. no two ways about it.

Paper loss ka real loss ka .. it is all consider 'rugi'.

This is a REIT not a bond, which you can get back face value upon maturity

You can opt to keep longer, and let your dividends compensate you for your 'loss' .. but risk your money stuck there without income

Why is a REIT not worth DCA?
*
That is just my opinion, as the price movement is small, DCA does not make much difference.

If and when the price have a big correction and you think the yield is worth it, buy and keep for the yield, no need to worry on DCA.

others may have their own opinion.

how to know what is the yield?
*
Expected dividend / price bought = yield

Yield calculation is one of the most important when purchasing/investing in reits.

3 Simple rules of Investing..

1. Never trust anyone's TIPs especially those that sound like pasar malam trader.. tongue.gif

2. Always do your homework and make your own judgement.

3. Never blame anyone if you lose money, no one force you to buy. wink.gif

That kinda yield, only AxisREIT and KLCC can get, they got proven track record and history to warrant that kinda low yield.

<6% yield for a new REIT? I'd skip
*
If they only pay 5.3% gross yield.. really going to HKC.. sweat.gif

Maybe Tiger Bank under estimate? tongue.gif
