REIT also need to promote kau kau like that meh? It is not like you gonna get big bucks on opening.. max 5% to 10%. Many other solid REITs with similar yields out there...

Actually if you are HNWI, the IB will approach you to take up institutional portion.. no need so susah apply for IPO shares.
Only 1 catch, you must purchase in large tranches (>250k, some IB can take less) AND pay 5% extra over retail (Institutional price). That is why the rich.. gets richer.  This post has been edited by gark: Sep 22 2015, 11:00 AM |
